Rastko Petaković is a Senior Partner specializing in M&A, competition law and business regulation. He advises clients on the most complex antitrust matters, cross-border transactions and business regulation and is ranked by independent directories as the leading competition and M&A lawyer in the country. Rastko has advised clients on the most complex antitrust investigations and the largest M&A deals in the market to date. He focuses particularly on private equity clients and specializes in TMT and FMCG. Rastko was selected as the winner of the 2015 and 2017 European Emerging Leaders Awards by the M&A Advisor. He currently helds a Managing Partner position in Karanovic & Partners.
Jelena is responsible for the development and execution of local strategies in these critical markets and maintaining strong partnerships with key customers and public sectors. She has been with Mastercard since 2009, during which time she has been expanding Mastercard business with non-traditional customers, gained new and exclusive customers and managed to grow the share in these three markets. Jelena has extensive experience in the banking sector in Serbia, having worked in Card departments of two major banks- Banca Intesa and Vojvodjanska bank. Jelena holds a Bachelor degree in banking, financing and insurance from the Faculty of Economy, University of Belgrade.
Nebojsa Bjelotomic was born in 1977 in Belgrade. The first three years of high school he had spent in Fifth Belgrade Gymnasium, while the fourth grade he finished in America. There he received a scholarship for Boston University where he graduated in biomedical engineering, with a thesis on improving the functionality of DNA chips. He got his first job at the company in the biotech industry, Phylos, where he worked on the development of protein chips. After a few years he returned to Serbia where he started working in IBM and then in Fujitsu Siemens Computers. He has recognized that the notebook would be the next big thing in selling PCs, which gave FSC a long-term leadership position in our market in that segment. Thanks to that, Nebojša became the first Country Manager, and after that, Fujitsu Regional Manager for the Balkans. During this period, he also has received a master's degree at the University of Belgrade, on the subject of international management and marketing. Prior to his arrival in Saga, he worked as the CEO of Printec, which is developing a solution for automating financial transactions.
Dr Nikolaos Dimitriadis is an award-winning communications professional, educator and consultant. He is the author of the books “Neuroscience for Leaders: A Brain Adaptive Leadership Approach” and “Advanced Marketing Management: Principles, Skills and Tools”, both for Kogan Page London. He spoke at TEDx University of Strathclyde for the urgent need for Brain-Based Communication, he is a certified NeuroMarketer and he contributed to the NeuroMarketing Manager Program at Hamburg Media School. He has worked with international brands such as IKEA, IBM, JTI, Nestle, Johnson&Johnson, AstraZeneca, Pierre Fabre, Coca-Cola, Banca Intesa Sanpaolo, Raiffeisen Bank, Rauch, Teekanne, USAID and others. He is the CEO of Trizma Neuro, a cutting-edge Neuromarketing company, and the Regional Director of The University of Sheffield International Faculty, City College, for the Western Balkans. Dr. Dimitriadis is a strong advocate of brain-based solutions to business challenges.
Marko Jović is Head of General Affairs, responsible for Governmental, Regulatory and Legal Affairs, M&A and Wholesale in Vip mobile, member of A1Telekom Austria Group and also member of AmCham Board of Directors. Marko graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He has been employed with Vip mobile for more than 11 years. During this period Marko participated in establishing electronic communication regulation at Serbian market actively shaping telecom environment in Serbia. Marko is specialized in electronic communication regulations and strategy, currently responsible for managing Governmental, Regulatory and Legal Affairs, M&A and Wholesale in Vip mobile, supporting company in regulations of all General Affairs fields. He is also responsible for relations with the main stakeholders, Serbian Government, Ministries, RATEL and other operators in Serbia and abroad. He actively participates and represents Vip mobile in professional associations and organizations such as American Chamber of Commerce, NALED, RNIDS, FIC, Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Since February 2018 Marko is member of AmCham Board of Directors.

Nebojsa has an extensive experience in the banking industry with a proven ability to manage both in Corporate Banking and Retail Banking areas. Prior to joining Raiffeisen bank in Serbia in 2004, Nebojsa had begun his professional career working in several corporations internationally, most notably at Allianz Asset Management, Dresdner Investment Trust and BMW. Vladimir Ćosić has worked in the advertising industry for the past fourteen years, eight of them as the Creative Director in charge of integrated creative product. Curently employed as the Executive Creative Director at digital agency Drive. He is also a screenwriter, film and TV critic and a dramatist. He won numerous local and international creative awards, among which the first Cannes Lion for Serbia, New York Festivals award, several Golden Drum awards, Cresta, Eurobest, Epica and New York Ad festival Award. He was part of the New York Advertising Festival Grand Jury, as well as the regional SoMoBorac digital advertising festival in Rovinj, Slovenian advertising festival SOF and local Kaktus and UEPS creative festivals of creativity. Recognized as one of 35 leading creatives of the advertising industry, author of the chapter in the book "Hacker, Maker, Teacher, Thief: Advertising’s Next Generation" published in 2014 by Creative Social, the global collective of creative directors. He has graduated Dramaturgy at the University of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.

Ljiljana Radosavljevic has joined PepsiCo West Balkanas team in 2015 as PepsiCo West Balkans Public Polices Government Affairs and Communications Manager. Ljiljana is marketing and communications professional with 19 years of experience in handling multiple portfolios of some of the biggest brands in the country and the ex YU region, and with the strong record of building corporate reputations among stakeholders. In her West Balkan role capacity Ljiljana is responsible for providing PPGA and Communications expertise related to the public affairs, corporate and external communications, media relations, coordinating external relations with third parties and authorities and representing the BU in cross industry alliances. Economist by education with MBA degree.
Jovana Uzelac is currently on the position of Head of HR for South East Market in Nestlé Serbia, operating in Adriatic countries (Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Macedonia, Kosovo and Montenegro) and Romania and Bulgaria. She has been working in Nestlé since 2006 on various HR positions, the last one prior to this position was Head of HR for the Adriatic countries. Nestlé Adriatic is present in the region since 2003, employs more than 650 people in the region and manages factory in Surčin, in Serbia producing culinary and confectionery products. Nestlé SEM (South East Market) is part of the Nestlé Company, the world’s largest food and beverage company with the purpose of enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future. Before Nestlé, Jovana worked in Coca-Cola and Hungarian Humanitarian company. She has a Master degree in Child Psychology from ELTE University of Budapest, Hungary. She is married and has two daughters.
Marija is constantly looking for opportunities to understand the world of consumers and go beyond traditional market research methodologies. She strongly believes that by applying implicit behavioral metrics, we are able to provide a more agile and data-driven perspective on customer behavior and to help drive operational and creative projects for clients. She has started her career as an intern in Telenor Serbia where, during the course of six years, she went from a Junior Researcher to Customer Insight Manager. In 2018, she joined EyeSee – one of the fastest-growing behavioral research companies in the world, as the Advertising & Innovation Insight Director. At EyeSee, Marija devises and executes studies using eye-tracking, facial coding, and virtual shopping to deliver insights with a significant impact on her client’s business decisions and brand strategy. She is most proud of the great collaboration with global clients such as Fox Latin America, Mastercard, Johnson & Johnson, Reckitt-Benckiser, MetLife, AARP, and many others. She majored in Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade and holds a master’s degree in Research and Experimental Psychology. Marija is passionate about neuromarketing, behavioral economy, consumer decision-making, and advertising perception.
Relja worked at I&F Grupa for four years as Director of MRM Worldwide, before deciding to test his great digital knowledge and managerial skills abroad. He was regional director at Wunderman-Menacom in Jordan, which employs 170 professionals and operates throughout the Middle East. There, he fundamentally contributed to its’ rapid development into the largest digital agency in that part of the world. Relja has extensive experience in working with international teams and a deep knowledge of strategic processes. In I&F Grupa Relja is in charge of Drive agencies in all the countries in which they operate or will operate, as well as for the overall digital transformation of I&F Grupa. Together with colleagues from Drive, UM, Initiative and McCann, he will work on further integration and digitization and the development of innovative services.
Starting as a Communications Trainee, Tina joined Atlantic Grupa in 2014 with the aim of challenging classic corporate communication models. Employer branding offered the ideal playground to foster her creativity, curiosity and wide range of interests. She was soon recognized and joined the team that developed this branch of expertise in Atlantic Grupa. In parallel, Tina developed professionally, working in Belgrade and Ljubljana, and today she holds the position of Employer Branding Specialist, reporting to both HR and Corporate Communications, managing all Employer Branding activities on a Group level.

Ms. Rakic is born in 1983 in Belgrade, Serbia. She holds Bachelor of Science degree in financial management from Singidunum University in Belgrade.

Darija Pizent is Director of Supply Chain in Distribution Unit Croatia, Atlantic Grupa, one of the leading food and beverages companies in the SEE region with own regional brands and the wide range of external partners, supported by its own regional distribution system. Her journey in Logistics started 15 years ago in warehouse operations working for the biggest retailer in the country, moved to newspapers, post and packages distribution, shortly in automotive industry, and last 4 years in Atlantic Group. Through that experience Darija gained remarkable skills in leadership, being responsible for 500+ people departments and has many successful projects implemented during that time. Some of the most important are Automatic picking system HSP2000, EPK Packing system HSP 2000s, HSReturn system, Track & Trace, Yard management system, SAP, ISO 9001, 14000, HACCP, Voice Picking, Digital Shipment. The latest project is development of new model for picking process with autonomous vehicles. Valuable lessons were learned on a change management and cross-functional approach while continuously working on improvements and meeting high-performance targets.
Od 2016. godine nalazi se na poziciji direktora Maloprodaje MOL Serbia. Diplomirani je menadžer sa više od 20 godina radnog iskustva u proizvodnji i komercijali. Poslednjih 14 godina sticala je radno iskustvo na različitim menadžerskim pozicijama od regionalnih do internacionalnih kompanija. Tokom rada u MOL-u stekla je značajno iskustvo na poziciji menadžera prodaje i marketinga.
Anela Husković graduated from University of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb as well as from EURECOM, Graduate school and research center in digital science, in France. She started her career in BMW in R&D department developing machine learning models for driver state detection in half-autonomous vehicles. She joined Microsoft 2 years ago as a technical specialist for advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, spending most of her time helping enterprise customers adopt AI technologies. Today she is working for Microsoft Services as an Area Solution Architect focused on transformational Data & AI workloads in Central and Eastern Europe.
Alisa Evsina poseduje preko 20 godina iskustva u oblasti upravljanja ljudskim resursima i kreiranja ambijenta za postizanje strateških ciljeva. Diplomirala je i magistrirala na Univerzitetu za finansije i ekonomiju u Sankt Peterburgu, smer Upravljanje ljudskim resursima. Završila je obuku u oblasti upravljanja ljudskim resursima na CIPD (Međunarodna asocijacija menadžera za upravljanje ljudskim resursima), kao i master studije u oblasti HR-a na Kingston univerzitetu u Londonu. Svoju karijeru započela je na poziciji HR menadžera u banci BNP–DRESDNER BANK, odmah nakon završetka studija, gde je unapređivala sistem regrutacije i selekcije kadrova, kao i sistem upravljanja talentima. Težnja prema kontinuiranom unapređenju svojih profesionalnih veština vodila je njenu karijeru kroz različite industrije ne samo ruskih već i međunarodnih kompanija, kao što su banka EHINGER & ARMAND VON ERNST, kompanija HEINEKEN BREWERIES i „NCG-Airport Pulkovo”. NIS timu pridružuje se 2014. godine na poziciji direktora Sektora za kompenzacije i beneficije gde je radila na unapređenju politike kompenzacija i beneficija. U oktobru 2018. godine postaje HR direktor kompanije NIS i svoje znanje i iskustvo usmerava na razvoj različitih oblasti ljudskih resursa, a sve u cilju jačanja NIS-a kao poslodavca i unapređenja radnog okruženja. Govori više stranih jezika među kojima su srpski, engleski, francuski i nemački jezik. Ivana Mihajlović je HR direktor DIRECT MEDIA United Solutions, vodećeg medijskog sistema u regionu Jugoistočne Evrope. Kao deo United Grupe, DIRECT MEDIA United Solutions pruža objedinjene komunikacijske, advertajzing i medijske usluge internacionalnim i lokalnim partnerima u osam zemalja regije kroz svoju mrežu i mrežu afilijacija. Ivana je zadužena za vođenje procesa iz oblasti ljudskih resursa i organizacionog razvoja u svim zemljama na kojima sistem posluje. Pre DIRECT MEDIA United Solutions, radila je na projektima formiranja, redefinisanja i razvoja funkcije HR-a u proizvodnji (Beohemija poslovni sistem) i maloprodaji (Delta Maxi). Marina Sokol is SAP consultant in Atlantic Grupa with 14 years of experience on several SAP implementation projects. She also gained expertise on international implementation and integration projects as project lead and solution architect. Her current role includes also RPA Solution Architect which will be topic of her presentation. Marina is executive president of Croatian SAP User Group since 2012. This group enables members to share their knowledge and experience in using SAP technology.
Vladislav Lalić je svoju dugogodišnju karijeru u kompaniji „IKEA” započeo u Jugoslaviji 1991. godine, odmah po završetku studija. Njegova uspešna karijera u okviru samo jedne kompanije koja posluje na globalnom nivou predstavlja redak primer u današnjem poslovnom svetu. Posto su planovi kompanije u ovom regionu zaustavljeni već 1992.godine zbog politicke krize u bivsoj Jugoslaviji, svoj poslovni angažman nastavlja u Sloveniji, a zatim u Rumuniji, gde provodi narednih 6 godina na različitim pozicijama u sektoru nabavke i razvijanja mreže dobavljača kompanije „IKEA”. Tokom 1998. godine preuzima poziciju Direktora nabavke za Tursku. Nakon toga 2001. godine postavljen je za Regionalnog Direktora nabavke za Tursku, Grcku, Egipat, Bliski istok i Centralnu Aziju, gde postavlja temelje daljem poslovnom razvoju kompanije „IKEA” u tom regionu, čije poslovanje danas prevazilazi pola milijarde evra. Početkom 2006. godine preuzima poziciju Regionalnog Direktora nabavke za jugozapadnu Evropu, koja je uključivala nadležnost za Španiju, Portugaliju, Francusku, Belgiju i Veliku Britaniju. Uz kompletnu odgovornost za strategiju i proces nabavke u ovom regionu, upravljao je i greenfield investicijom kompanije „IKEA” u izgradnji dve fabrike za proizvodnju nameštaja u Portugaliji ukupne vrednosti od preko 100 miliona evra. Nakon što je kompanija „IKEA” donela stratešku odluku o povratku na ove prostore, početkom 2009. godine se vraća u Srbiju, gde na poziciji Regionalnog Direktora razvoja za jugoistočnu Evropu preuzima kompletnu odgovornost za proces investicija i razvoj kompanije „IKEA” u ovom regionu koji ukljucuju Sloveniju, Hrvatsku, Srbiju, Rumuniju I Ukrajinu. Potpredsednik je Upravnog odbora Saveta stranih investitora (FIC), Clan je Upravnog odbora Srpske asocijacije menadžera (SAM), kao i Potpredsednik Odbora poverenika Međunarodne škole u Beogradu. Uvrsten je u Oxford Enciklopediju uspešnih ljudi Srbija.

Ivan Stanković je rođen 1955. godine. U Beogradu je završio je Ekonomski fakultet 1978. godine, postdiplomske studije na Fakultetu dramskih umetnosti 2006. godine, a trenutno radi doktorat na temu „Srpsko reklamno tržište u periodu 1996-2006“. U reklamnom biznisu je od 1979. godine, a brži uspon počinje 1990. godine kada sa partnerom osniva Saatchi & Saatchi, agencija koja je postala generičko ime za reklamu i iznedrila većinu kadrova koji su u ovom poslu u bivsoj Jugoslaviji. Uvodjenjem sankcija, Agencija počinje da se širi na regiju i otvaraju se filijale u Sloveniji, Hrvatskoj, Bugarskoj, Bosni i Hercegovini, Makedoniji i Albaniji. Smatra se za začetnika novog pripstupa u radu sa multinacionalnim klijentima u svim ovim zemljama, kao i modernog pristupa i uvodjenja svetskog know-how u planiranju i korišćenju medija. Ova knjiga se tako, kao zaista autentično svedočanstvo o zakonima, kvalitetu i stilu advertajzinga iz ugla jednog od začetnika ovog posla na Balkanu, pretvara u mudri poučnik životnih istina. Ta knjiga je od strane stručne javnosti proglašena za najbolju knjigu iz Sveta marketinga 2011. godine. Drugo, dopunjeno izdanje Kakodalogije je izašlo 2013. godine, a treće 2017.

Milan Vujović više od četiri godine nalazi se na poziciji direktora marketinga za Adriatik region u kompaniji Samsung Electronics. Ključne oblasti njegovog rada, na ovako izazovnoj poziciji, obuhvataju razvoj i implementaciju godišnjih marketing i komunikacijskih strategija, digitalne strategije i e-komerca, kao i planiranje i kontrolisanje ATL i BTL investicija i aktivnosti. Između ostalog, Milan je zadužen za razvoj lokalnih planova i retail marketinga različitih divizija kompanije Samsung u sedam zemalja u regionu - u Srbiji, Albaniji, Bosni i Hercegovini, Crnoj Gori, Hrvatskoj, Makedoniji i Sloveniji. Jan Dolinaj started his IT journey early. He was fascinated by computers and programming so he programmed even in elementary school using Basic on Spectrum and Galaksija. He continued his education on Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, Computer Science department. Since 2005, he has been working for a Dutch company, Levi9 IT Services. He started his career within Levi9 as Line Manager, changed several positions, and became Country Manager for Serbia in 2010. He is devoted to creating successful working teams which reflected on Levi9 growth and success.

Extensive professional knowledge and expertise in international business, backed with strong managerial and leadership skills and proven business results. Mr. Petrović started his career at the Economics Institute in Belgrade. In 1992 he joined Jugobanka, where he spent four years in Corporate and five years in Treasury Division, having gained comprehensive knowledge and experience in the banking industry. He joined Raiffeisen Bank, Serbia in 2001 and after a job rotation program in RZB, Vienna, he became Head of Treasury and Investment Banking. In 2005 he was appointed Member of the Managing Board. Together with his team he established the first mutual asset management company, voluntary pension fund company, as well as first Custody operations in Serbia. In August 2013 Mr. Petrović was appointed Chairman of the Managing Board. In 2016 he assumed CFO function. In his Board area, Mr. Petrovic is responsible for ALM, Capital Markets, Leasing, Finance, Legal, HR and PR/Marketing. Throughout his business career Mr. Petrović has supported Raiffeisen units in the Region both with his knowledge and expertise. He served as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce, leading independent advocacy organization in Serbia, comprising of 200-member companies (US, EU, Serbia). He is a founder of the money market curve in RSD – Belibor&Beonia and key contributor to the development of the Forex market in Serbia. Along with his duties Mr. Petrovic continuously works on a wide range of issues (spanning from Labor, Tax, Payments, Securities, etc) in order to improve business climate in Serbia. He has published numerous opinions both in the area of business and finance. Mr. Petrovic graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. He completed executive management program at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne. He holds ACI Dealing certificate, Paris.
